Your first successful charge is $99 and starts a monthly billing period. The plan renews at $249 at the end of each period until you cancel. There is no minimum term.
If you ask within 14 calendar days of your first charge, we refund the full first-month charge. No reason is needed. A refund also cancels the plan and ends the service.
Cancel anytime through the billing portal or by emailing info@nexusmin.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; service continues through the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling by itself doesn't request a refund. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
You keep ownership of your business content, logo and photos. Every draft needs your written approval before use, and you or your staff do the posting and sending. Missing or late inputs pause the affected drafts; we tell you and agree new dates.
We collect only what's needed to deliver the service: contact details, business facts, and the reviews and inquiries you choose to share. Please remove customers' names and private details before sending. We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers we use to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, hosting and email, and software tools, including AI writing assistants, that help us prepare drafts). Email us to get a copy of your data or have it deleted. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
