Terms of Service

1. Who we are
NexusMin is a brand of Min Group LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@nexusmin.com. These terms apply when you ("you", the client) buy any NexusMin plan.
2. Our plans
Web Presence Management: $600 per month. We cover website design, hosting management, content updates and Google Business Profile management, as described on our main page.
Front Office: $99 for the first month, then $249 per month. We provide drafted review replies, Google posts, missed-lead follow-ups, a government-bid digest and a monthly record, within the monthly limits listed on the Front Office page.
Anything outside a plan's listed scope needs a separate written agreement before we start it.
3. Billing and renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. Each plan is month to month with no minimum term. Your first successful charge starts a monthly billing period, and the plan renews automatically at the stated monthly price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal or by emailing info@nexusmin.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Service continues through the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made. Cancelling by itself does not request a refund.
5. Refunds
Each plan has its own refund policy:
- Web Presence Management: you can get a full refund of the current billing month within the first 7 days of that billing period, as long as we haven't yet delivered that month's service work. Once service work has been delivered in a billing period, that period's fee is non-refundable. You can still cancel future billing at any time.
- Front Office: if you ask within 14 calendar days of your first charge, we refund the full first-month charge, with no reason needed. A refund also cancels the plan and ends the service. Later months follow the cancellation terms in section 4.
- Both plans: duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.
To request a refund, email info@nexusmin.com from the address on your account.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information, and tell us when it changes.
- Only send us content (logos, photos, text, reviews, inquiries) that you have the right to use and share. Remove customers' names and private details first.
- Front Office: review and approve each draft in writing before it is used. You or your staff post or send everything. We don't take silence as approval.
- Check your own eligibility for any government opportunity before you act on it.
7. Ownership
You keep ownership of your business content and your domain name. Once paid for, drafts and site content we create for you are yours to use. We may reuse general design patterns and know-how that aren't specific to your business. If you ask within 14 days after a Web Presence plan ends, we'll provide an export of your site content.
8. What we don't promise
We make no guarantee of lead volume, revenue, search ranking, review outcomes or contract awards. We don't write or arrange fake reviews or testimonials. Front Office is not a receptionist, answering or dispatch service. We don't register you in SAM, certify your eligibility or submit bids. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.
9. Other services we rely on
Our work depends on third-party services such as Stripe, Google and our website host. Each of them has its own terms. We aren't responsible for their outages or policy changes, but we'll tell you if one affects your service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
11. Ending the service
Either of us can end a plan as described in section 4. If we need to end your plan ourselves, we'll tell you in writing, and service will run through the end of the period you paid for.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change prices or these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Changes apply from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
