1. Who we are
NexusMin is a brand of Min Group LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from clients and website visitors, and how we use it. Questions: info@nexusmin.com.
2. What we collect
- Contact details: your name, business email, phone number and business address.
- Business information: services, service area, hours, branding and other facts you give us to deliver your plan.
- Content you share for drafts: reviews, inquiry summaries, photos and notes. Please remove your customers' names and private details before sending.
- Billing records: Stripe processes payments and gives us payment status, amounts and the last four digits of your card. We never receive or store full card numbers.
- Website analytics (Web Presence plan): visitor statistics for the website we manage for you.
- Emails and messages you send us.
We don't ask for passwords, inbox access or your customers' personal contact lists.
3. How we use it
We use this information only to deliver and support your plan, bill you, keep the records the law requires, and contact you about your service. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Hosting and email providers (such as Cloudflare and Zoho), to run our website and email.
- Software tools, including AI writing assistants, which we use to help prepare drafts. Content you share for drafts may be processed by these providers for that purpose only.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
5. Visitors to nexusmin.com
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) and our font provider (Google Fonts) process basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
6. How long we keep it
We keep client information while you're a client. After that, we keep only what we need for tax and accounting records, or what the law requires us to keep. Everything else is deleted when you ask.
7. Your choices
Email info@nexusmin.com to get a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires.
8. Security
We limit access to client information to the people and tools that need it to deliver your service, and we use providers with standard security protections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and email clients about any important change.
